Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage, such as dented boxes, without harm to the product itself is not deemed damage.

We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
